I’ve simplified some of my treatment options at Solely You Reflexology to make it easier to choose the treatment you’d like and then personalise your experience with optional enhancements.
The idea is simple:
Choose your core treatment first, then add any enhancements that appeal to you.
Start by choosing the length of your Classic Foot Reflexology treatment, then personalise your appointment with one of the available enhancements.

Add the comforting warmth of smooth basalt stones to your reflexology treatment. The heated stones are incorporated into your session to create an especially warming, soothing and deeply relaxing experience.
Crystal Reflexology & Chakra Balance

For those who enjoy crystals and energy-based wellbeing practices, this enhancement incorporates crystals alongside your reflexology treatment and includes a focus on the seven main chakras.
It offers a lovely additional ritual for anyone who enjoys the calming and mindful experience of working with crystals.

Add aromatherapy to your reflexology experience with a personalised blend created especially for you.
We’ll choose from my carefully selected essential oils to create a bespoke scented lotion to complement your treatment preferences. You’ll also receive a 50ml jar of your personalised blend to take home with you.

Already have your AromaReflex blend? You can continue incorporating your personalised aroma into future reflexology treatments without adding extra time to your appointment.
