Cranial reflexology is a deeply soothing treatment, using gentle, precise reflexology techniques across the head and scalp. Based on the Bergman Method, it offers a calming alternative to a traditional head massage. As I work across specific reflex points on the head, gentle pressure and therapeutic touch create a deeply relaxing sensory experience. Many people find the treatment encourages a sense of release, with relaxation seeming to flow from the head and scalp down through the rest of the body.
Cranial Reflexology can be enjoyed as a standalone treatment or incorporated into a longer reflexology experience. With options from 20 to 60 minutes, you can choose anything from a short calming treatment to more time spent experiencing the gentle, focused techniques across the head and scalp.

Lotus Facial Rejuvenation is my own bespoke facial treatment, bringing together Gua Sha Stone Mastery and Facial Cupping in a wonderfully relaxing and indulgent experience. Classic Foot Reflexology

Classic Foot Reflexology is a wonderfully relaxing treatment and the perfect introduction if you're new to reflexology. Using the Original Ingham Method® alongside techniques developed through my additional training, I work carefully across the reflex points of the feet, tailoring the pressure and treatment to you.
Settle into a warm, heated treatment bed, switch off to soothing music and enjoy some dedicated time for yourself. Every treatment includes comforting hot towels to cleanse and refresh your feet, followed by your choice of nourishing orange or lavender-infused balm as your reflexology begins.
Choose from 30, 60 or 90 minutes depending on the experience you're looking for — from a shorter introduction to reflexology to a longer, unhurried treatment with more time devoted to working across the reflex points of the feet.

Specialist Reflexology
Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage

Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) is a specialist reflexology technique developed by award-winning reflexologist and researcher Sally Kay. I trained personally with Sally in her method and am an approved RLD practitioner.
The treatment uses a specific sequence of reflexology techniques focusing on the lymphatic reflexes of the feet. RLD was originally developed through Sally's work with clients experiencing breast-cancer-related lymphoedema and has since become a specialist approach within reflexology. RLD has also been the subject of published research.
The treatment is gentle and non-invasive, with the session following the specialised RLD sequence across the lymphatic reflexes of the feet.

Exclusively available at Solely You Reflexology, Healing Zen is my bespoke 90-minute treatment created for those times when you want to completely switch off and enjoy an extended period of deep relaxation.
The treatment unfolds as a journey through cranial, facial and foot reflexology, allowing you to experience three different styles of therapeutic touch within one flowing treatment. Carefully selected reflex points are woven throughout, with each stage gently transitioning into the next.
Luxurious hot and cold stones and crystals add changing sensations of warmth, coolness and texture along the way, making Healing Zen an immersive 90-minute experience rather than simply a longer reflexology appointment.

Neuroflexology
30 minutes £35
Neuroflexology is a specialist reflexology technique developed from the work of John Moorhouse. Drawing on anatomy, physiology and the neurological pathways of the body, it offers a very different experience from traditional reflexology.
Much of the 30-minute session is dedicated to a guided body scan, giving you time to become aware of sensations throughout your body and helping to guide the focus of the treatment. This is followed by a short period of hands-on Neuroflexology, typically around five minutes, using an exceptionally light, butterfly-like touch on specific areas of the feet and lower legs.
Although the hands-on element is brief, this is intentional and forms part of the Neuroflexology approach. The combination of the guided body scan and precise, feather-light touch makes Neuroflexology a distinctive experience, quite unlike traditional foot reflexology.
Menopause Support Reflexology

Menopause can bring many physical and emotional changes, and sometimes simply having dedicated time to stop, rest and focus on yourself can feel incredibly valuable. Menopause Support Reflexology is a specialist treatment created with this stage of life in mind.
I trained personally with Sally Earlam, creator of Reflexology for Menopause, learning specialist techniques and reflex points used within her approach. Your treatment is personalised to you, taking into consideration the menopause symptoms you're experiencing and how you're feeling at the time of your appointment.
During your 60-minute treatment, you'll settle into a warm, heated treatment bed while I work gently across the feet, incorporating reflexes and techniques from my specialist menopause training alongside deeply relaxing reflexology.
Whether you're experiencing hot flushes, changes in sleep, stress, low mood, brain fog or simply finding menopause challenging, this is an hour where your needs take centre stage. Your treatment provides a supportive, nurturing space to rest and focus on your own wellbeing during this stage of life.
Structural Reflexology

Structural Reflexology is a specialist approach developed by Geraldine Villeneuve, combining reflexology with principles from anatomy, physiology and kinesiology. It looks not only at the reflexes of the feet, but also at the structure and function of the feet themselves and how patterns of tension and compensation may relate to the way you stand and move.
Using specialist techniques, I work directly with the muscles, joints and soft tissues of the feet alongside traditional reflexology. Your treatment is tailored to what I observe and feel within your feet, with particular attention given to areas of tension, restriction and compensation.
Unlike Classic Foot Reflexology, this is a more hands-on and structurally focused treatment, exploring how your feet function and move. It may particularly appeal if you're curious about your foot mobility, balance, areas of restriction or patterns of compensation.
Hot stones are also incorporated into the treatment, adding comforting warmth and relaxation to this more focused style of reflexology.
Your first appointment
Your first Structural Reflexology appointment lasts approximately 2½ hours and includes a detailed initial assessment before your treatment. Subsequent appointments are approximately 2 hours and focus on treatment.
