Professional Reflexology Training
I qualified as a reflexologist in 2018 after completing extensive training in the Original Ingham Method® through the International Institute of Reflexology (IIR).
My training included more than 100 full reflexology treatments, written examinations including anatomy and physiology, and a practical examination.
That gave me a strong foundation in traditional reflexology and started what has become an ongoing commitment to learning and professional development.
I am also a member of the Association of Reflexologists and am fully insured.
Extensive Specialist Training
Qualifying was only the beginning of my training.
Over the years I've continued to develop my knowledge and skills through extensive professional development and specialist reflexology training.
This allows me to offer much more than one standard reflexology treatment. Alongside Classic Foot Reflexology, my treatment menu includes specialist approaches such as Structural Reflexology, Menopause Support Reflexology, Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage and Neuroflexology, together with a range of relaxing treatment enhancements.
Whatever you choose, my aim is always to tailor your treatment to you rather than simply follow the same routine for everyone.
Reflexology Isn't Just About the Feet
Foot reflexology isn't for everybody — and that's absolutely fine.
One of the things that makes my treatment menu a little different is the variety of ways you can experience reflexology.
Alongside foot treatments, I offer Facial Reflexology, Cranial Reflexology, Ear Reflexology, and Hand Reflexology, giving you the freedom to discover which style of treatment you enjoy most.
I also offer specialist facial experiences including Zone Face Lift and my own bespoke Lotus Facial Rejuvenation treatment.

For me, a great treatment isn't only about the reflexology techniques I use. The whole experience matters.
From the moment you settle onto the heated treatment bed, I want you to feel that this is your time.
Soothing music, comforting hot towels where appropriate, carefully selected products and thoughtful treatment enhancements all help create a calm environment where you can simply switch off.
There's no expectation to make conversation during your treatment either. In fact, I encourage you to close your eyes, relax and enjoy having some uninterrupted time to yourself.

No two people are exactly the same, and I don't believe your reflexology treatment should feel one-size-fits-all either.
I'll take time to understand what you're looking for from your appointment and adapt your treatment where appropriate, including the pressure and techniques I use.
